BOWEL CANCER SCREENING
Faecal Occult Blood Test (FOBT) screens for hidden blood in stool, which can be an early sign of bowel cancer.

- Transferrin
- A protein that helps detect blood in stool, improving test sensitivity.
- Haemoglobin
- Blood component detected in stool, indicating potential bleeding in the digestive tract.
