3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Longevity Labs is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our platform provides health insights for informational and educational purposes only.

Not a Healthcare Provider: Longevity Labs and its AI-powered tools do not provide medical services that require registration under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (New Zealand) or the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Australia). Our AI assistants:

• Do not diagnose medical conditions
• Do not prescribe medications or treatments
• Do not provide specific dosage recommendations
• Do not replace the advice of registered health practitioners

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand, AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), or equivalent regulatory body before making any changes to your health routine, medications, or treatment plans. If you have a medical emergency, call 111 (New Zealand) or 000 (Australia) immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• All prices are in NZD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and Australian Consumer Law
• Test kit orders may not be refundable once shipped

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longevity Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under New Zealand or Australian law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) and Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy

Your use of Longevity Labs is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Privacy Act 2020 and Health Information Privacy Code 2020 (New Zealand) and the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles (Australia).

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

For users in Australia, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
