Assessment of gut barrier integrity and markers of intestinal permeability.
- Zonulin
- A protein that regulates intestinal tight junctions. Elevated levels indicate increased intestinal permeability.
- Secretory IgA
- Immune marker that indicates gut immune function and response to pathogens.
- Anti-LPS IgA
- Immune response to bacterial endotoxins, indicating gut barrier compromise and systemic inflammation.
